Evoplay has announced a key leadership move alongside a major market debut, as the award-winning game studio continues its push into new territories. Alex Malchenko, a driving force behind the company’s commercial momentum since 2022, has been promoted to Head of Sales. The promotion coincides with Evoplay’s official launch in Ontario, Canada, through a partnership with local operator Rivalry.
Driving Commercial Success Across Global Markets
Malchenko, who previously served as Sales Team Lead, has played a major role in Evoplay’s global expansion. He’s helped secure over 200 commercial partnerships and led successful entries into regulated markets such as Brazil, Peru, and most recently, Ontario. His efforts have also supported Evoplay’s move into bingo and lottery, further diversifying its reach.

Ontario Debut Through Rivalry Partnership
At the same time, Evoplay has launched in Ontario, rolling out 20 of its most popular slot titles on Rivalry’s platform. The selection includes The Greatest Catch Bonus Buy, Hot Triple Sevens, and Hot Volcano, bringing a fresh set of games to local players.
Regulatory Milestone Opens Canadian Market
Evoplay received its licence from the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario in March 2025, clearing the way for its first steps into Canada’s regulated iGaming scene. Rivalry, one of the province’s earlier licensed operators, will now offer Evoplay’s titles alongside its existing sportsbook, casino, fantasy, and esports products.
