The deal marks another step in Alea’s content expansion strategy, with a focus on reaching emerging iGaming markets.
Apollo Games Deal Expands Alea’s Reach
Alea has inked a new content agreement with Apollo Games, bringing 90 titles into its aggregation platform. The lineup includes well-known titles like Blood, Blood Revival, Bonus Joker II, Dice 81, and Four Fruits II, all now accessible to Alea’s network of operators through a single API integration.
Apollo Games, a supplier active in over 20 regulated jurisdictions, is known for its blend of retro-themed slots and modern high-volatility games. With a growing footprint in Europe and increasing traction in Africa, its addition to Alea’s platform bolsters both variety and global coverage.
Eduard Verdaguer, Partnerships Manager at Alea, called the partnership a natural fit:
“Their proven track record across Europe and Africa, combined with a strong focus on game diversity and reliability, aligns perfectly with our mission to empower operators through scalable, secure, and high-performing content.”
Africa in the Crosshairs
This move isn’t just about adding more games—it’s about targeting where iGaming is heading next. Alea has been actively pursuing opportunities in Africa, striking local deals with platforms like Jaragames (Nigeria), Pelican Betting (Zambia), and KiwiBet (Ghana and Uganda). Apollo Games, already active in Kenya and Uganda, fits snugly into this regional strategy.
As mobile penetration continues to unlock new players across the continent, localisation remains the key to sustainable growth. That means relevant content, local languages, and simple, mobile-friendly UX—areas where both Alea and Apollo are now betting heavily.
Christopher Coyne, CEO of 888 Africa, summed it up well in a recent industry interview:
“Operators must present a quality brand that has meaning… A service presented in the local languages and that is 24/7 will appeal.”
December Deals Keep Coming
The Apollo Games partnership follows hot on the heels of another integration earlier this month with Just Slots. That agreement added titles like Shogun Skylord, Book of Arcane 100, and Rain & Ruin to the platform.
Verdaguer praised both partnerships for bringing “new energy” and reinforcing Alea’s strategy of blending fresh ideas with proven content performance.
With back-to-back deals and a sharp eye on Africa’s evolving iGaming landscape, Alea is clearly closing out the year with momentum. For operators plugged into its platform, that means more content options—and more chances to keep players coming back.
