Game developer Swintt has secured certification from Italy’s gambling authority, the Agenzia delle Dogane e dei Monopoli (ADM), allowing it to officially offer its Elysium Studios – Driven by Swintt slot titles to Italian players. This move marks the company’s 13th regulated market entry in Europe.
With approval now in place, Swintt has already signed two partnership deals with leading Italian operators and expects more to follow as it expands its footprint in the region.
The certification currently applies only to the Elysium Studios series, a collection of slots built around mobile-first gameplay and bold, imaginative themes. Swintt says further approvals for its SwinttPremium and SwinttSelect content are in the pipeline.
What It Means for Italian Players
For everyday Italian slot fans, this is good news. Swintt’s Elysium Studios games are known for their high-energy design and user-friendly mechanics, especially on mobile. Popular titles like I Hate Fairytales and Pirate Pledge Hold & Win offer a mix of storytelling, interactive features, and frequent bonus action — elements that could appeal to players looking for something fresh and less formulaic than standard fruit slots.
With two operators already signed up, players in Italy won’t have to wait long to see these games pop up in their favorite online casinos.
Swintt CEO Sees Long-Term Potential in Italy
David Mann, Swintt’s CEO, called the Italian market “established” yet still full of growth potential. “We feel our Elysium Studios line-up can make a big impact in the region,” he said. “Italy is another key step in putting our content in front of players across regulated markets.”
Swintt first entered regulated waters in 2021 with its Swedish market approval and has since made its way into major jurisdictions including the UK, Germany, and the Netherlands. Italy is now part of that list.
New Marketing Push with Fresh Leadership
Swintt has also brought in Martina Muscat as its new Marketing Manager. Previously with Play’n GO and IGT, Muscat steps in to drive brand visibility and strengthen Swintt’s messaging as it continues to roll out titles across Europe and beyond.
She’ll be leading campaigns for all Swintt products — including the Elysium, Premium, and Select lines — and will focus on player engagement strategies tailored for individual markets.
Muscat said the timing of her appointment couldn’t be better. “With players wanting trust, excitement, and personalized experiences, Swintt’s mix of creativity and partnerships is a strong foundation to build from,” she said.
