Starting August 6, 2025, Kansas residents can legally access bet365’s online sportsbook, making the state the 14th U.S. market for the British operator.
Eligible users—21 and older and located within Kansas—can now sign up and place bets on a wide range of sports markets. This expansion follows bet365’s recent rollouts in Illinois and Tennessee, and earlier launches in states like Ohio, New Jersey, and Colorado.
A company spokesperson commented, “We’re thrilled to bring the bet365 experience to sports fans in Kansas. With our industry-leading product, Bet Boosts, Same Game Parlays, and the fastest In-Game betting, it’s Never Ordinary with bet365.”
A Timely Debut for NFL Season
The Kansas launch lands just as anticipation builds for the upcoming NFL season. With the Kansas City Chiefs poised for another strong campaign, local fans now have a new option for placing wagers on their team.
Kansas becomes the seventh online sportsbook market since the state legalized online and retail betting in 2022, joining a competitive field that includes FanDuel, DraftKings, and BetMGM.
To welcome new users, bet365 is offering two promotional offers in accordance with Kansas regulations.
Betting Market in Kansas Sees Growth
Kansas’ sports betting market is accelerating. In June 2025 alone, the state recorded $185.2 million in total wagers, up 32% from the previous month. Of that, $181.7 million came from online bets, with retail betting accounting for $3.4 million.
bet365’s platform includes features like QuickSlip for rapid bet placement and BetSync to track wagers across different applications. Bettors in Kansas can now access options like NFL futures, player props, and same-game parlays—including markets on local college teams such as the Kansas State Wildcats.
Blueprint Gaming Slot Launch Aligns with Sportsbook Debut
Alongside the Kansas sportsbook launch, bet365 introduced an exclusive slot title developed by Blueprint Gaming. According to the operator, it has already become the platform’s best-performing Blueprint release since 2023.
bet365 Eyes Missouri After Kansas Rollout
Following its Kansas debut, bet365 is looking toward Missouri as its next U.S. market. The operator has secured a market access deal with the St. Louis Cardinals, including a multi-year marketing agreement. A full Missouri launch is expected later this year.
This move marks the third state bet365 has entered since March 2025, and reinforces its commitment to the U.S. market. The company also joined the Sports Betting Alliance (SBA), aligning itself with other industry leaders like FanDuel, DraftKings, and Fanatics.
Kansas Moves to Limit License Extensions
As operators race to secure their positions in Kansas, lawmakers are reevaluating how licenses are handled. In April, state officials voted to temporarily block online sportsbook license extensions, a measure driven by regulatory concerns.
The freeze, which lasts until June 30, 2026, means no operator can renegotiate or extend existing agreements until then. Still, most active sportsbooks already have licenses valid through August 31, 2027, including Caesars, DraftKings, FanDuel, Fanatics, ESPN BET, and BetMGM.
